After looking at several apartments the past week we on Saturday finally decided and the landlord signed the contract.
It is an apartment in Park Avenue, just south ZhaoYang park. Unfurnished and nobody been living in it before. We could pick all furniture we wanted from IKEA and provide a list to the landlord. They promised to have all in place when we move in August 1st.
So, when we return back from our vacation to Sweden and France we will move and You will find more information about the new apartment in beginning August.
